Flexible Fuel Bladders

Willans have been manufacturing flexible fuel bladders since 2015 and have built up a large array of models and designs for all sorts of racing and road vehicles. All of our fuel bladders are made to exacting standards which easily exceed the FIA FT3 regulations. Each bladder starts with us creating a 3D CAD model. From this model a flat pattern is created of all the pieces needed to make the bladder. These pieces are then nested to use the material as efficiently as possible. The resulting nested pattern is then cut on a state of the art automated CNC cutting machine from a roll of special Kevlar based material covered in synthetic TPU. The resulting bladder is strong, flexible and light - perfect for serious motorsport.
